NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI BAND DIRECTORS' ASSOCIATION

HALL OF FAME

 

This award was established in an attempt to recognize and pay tribute to band directors for their outstanding achievements and contributions to bands in Northeast Mississippi. Several qualifications for membership into the hall of fame must be achieved by the recipient.

 

The qualifications are as follows:

1. Five years teaching band in Northeast Mississippi

2. Service to bands

3. Service to NEMBDA and NEMJHBDA

4. Professional affiliation  

5. Professional achievement

6. Professional honors and awards

7. Local musical involvement
